Filling Station Manager

As a Manager in our busy Petrol Filling Station you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place. In this hands-on customer facing role, you’ll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with an positive, can do approach, you will be passionate about our offer and champion our producers and you will ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Lead and coach a team to deliver excellent food quality and customer service in a filling station environment.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are met, focusing on both retail sales and food catering sales.
• Conduct regular audits for cleanliness and safety in a 24/7 operation.
• Manage sales, cash and stock.
• Recruit, train and develop team members who align with the company's values of warmth, graft and courage.
• Maintain accurate records for rostering, holidays, and payroll using our online HR system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and employment laws.
• Recognise and reward team performance.
• Plan for recruitment and succession to maintain a strong team structure.
• Achieve 5-star EHO audits.
• Focus on team retention and colleague happiness by setting goals and action plans.
