Team Member - Production

About The Role
Supporting our chefs, as a Production Team Member you will assist in all areas of food production in line with company standards and to recipe specifications as well as assisting with packaging and labelling.

In addition, you will assist with all aspects of kitchen cleanliness, including the pot wash as well as offering assistance to the Stock Controller with receiving, checking and storing deliveries correctly whilst ensuring effective stock rotation.

This is a kitchen where we produce good home made food with the best local ingredients in high quality, big batch production with a deadline to meet. Unlike the majority of kitchens, we work straight shifts with no splits and mainly during the day but can be flexible depending on the needs of a successful work/life balance.

Shifts – 5 days out of 7, weekend work is expected.

A mix of shift times:- 6-2, 7-3, 8-4
About You
You should have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products.

If you have previous experience in a catering environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
