You will be working as part of our in-house design team, helping to design and deliver our exciting programme of building and refurbishment projects across our nationwide estate. Our projects range from curated refurbishments through to new multi-million-pound developments as we expand our business to new locations. Our in-house team is made up of qualified architects, interior designers and project managers, who regularly work with our other business teams (e.g. Brand & Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Food, IT, People & Safety). - Report to the Building & Design Director to assist with the design and delivery of our Capital Projects Plan
- Develop projects collaboratively with our in-house teams and external partners
- Produce high-quality design work in the form of 2D drawings, 3D visuals and presentation materials
- Manage the design workflow of external consultants; architects, engineers, surveyors & specialist suppliers
- Project management tasks
