Breakfast Chef

About The Role
Work with our friendly kitchen team to bring our recipes to life by producing the best food with the best local ingredients. With your skill and attention to detail you will create our remarkable dishes that will guarantee our customers have a memorable dining experience every time.

As Breakast Chef you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our breakfast guests as well as preparing buffets and lunches as needed. In addition, you will prepare food ready for the eving shift.

You will help to ensure the the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation by following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with the company food safety management system.
About You
You should have experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in an hotel environment.

You may be looking to move on from your current Commis Chef or similar role and looking for the opportunity to take charge of the kitchen during breakfast service. You should have excellent communication skills and a passion for good food and quality ingredients.

We can offer full training and may even be able to support you in your career journey with us through our apprenticeship programme.
