Based at our Family Office in The Rheged Centre, Penrith, working Monday to Friday, you will play a key part in the day to day running of our Commercial Administration Team for our multi million pound business. Reporting to our Data Administration Manager you will play a key role in supporting the buying team as well as the delivery of exciting system projects and using your attention to detail to ensure our product data is accurate and up to date.
Some of the skills required;
Working alongside our Buyers and Assistant Buyers, you will support the team with administrative tasks to maintain the buying and ordering systems, product and price files, and resolving any queries from sites and suppliers.
Attention to detail is key, being able to identify anomalies, and ensuring that naming conventions and data governance protocols are adhered to while raising and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner.
You will need to be able to build effective relationships with our commercial, finance, safety and food development teams to ensure our data is accurate and support other members of the team whilst developing good working relationships with each other. You will need to have a multi-tasking approach to be able to carry out project activity, and assist the admin team with maintaining the current product file across multiple systems.
You will champion and maintain allergen data across multiple systems, ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers.
In order to do this strong Excel skills and experience using EPOS or finance systems is preferred but not essential.
