About The Role
The role of the Food and Safety Technician is a new and exciting role within our company. You will not only be in the expert in all safety systems but you will work with all our locations and support the Food and Safety Manager for all matters of food and safety by supporting, coaching, and developing our locations and colleagues and building upon and growing our safety culture.

Your key duties will include:
- Protecting colleagues and customers through the smooth and efficient coordination of food safety systems, processes, and records.
- Being the central point of contact for food & safety administration, you will liaise across departments, ensure accurate documentation, track corrective actions, and provide data and insight that drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting investigations into customer complaints, ensuring trends are monitored and communicated to prevent recurrence.
- Collating and analysing data from audits, incidents, and complaints; producing clear reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for all things safety but most importantly someone who loves working to help others.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and must have a commitment to safety and the desire to develop in a safety role, combined with a positive, proactive style and an ability to coach and help others.

The role will involve travel and oaccsional overnight stays, so you must have your own driving licence and ability to travel.

Previous experience in working with safety systems such as Alert65 and Kelsius would be an advantage. We can offer relevant training and the opportunity to gain safety qualifications for the right candidate.
